The appointment was on time and did not take too terribly long. They did their best to make it a comfortable experience.

My wait time was very short in the waiting room as well as in the exam room. Dr. Halderman always takes her time with me and never seems rushed even though I know she's a very busy lady.

In all of the categories listed, the service was five star. I did have trouble staying connected on my iPhone and wondered if I'd lost the appointment. I had to restart the video call several times. I had waited so long for the appointment and so worried I'd lose it. I didn't, but there seems to be some sort of glitch in the technology causing unnecessary stress.
