The front desk experience frustrated me. When I got a call back to schedule my appt, the receptionist disintegrated guide me to schedule the appt, basically said “ok so you called ?” At the office, similar tone, as though I was putting her out. Possible she was overwhelmed/having a bad day, but a big reason I enjoy this office is the front desk experience has been very positive. I also had to wait over 10 mins to check out as she had someone ahead of me and I don’t ever recall having to wait to be checked out at an Dr office. And I was late to pick up my child from school. Small things like this really affect my decision to continue with a Dr office. To be clear, one of the receptionist was lovely, the other was not. I’m stressed making appts and going to drs especially when not feeling well, I don’t like to feel like I’m putting THEM out.

I always feel comfortable with Dr. Gade. I can discuss any issues I have knowing she will be compassionate, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in finding me the best solution. She takes her time and answers any question I have without rushing me. The office is clean and inviting and the staff is friendly and professional.
