It is a very busy OB/GYN office but the entire staff made you feel welcome and was friendly and kind. The best part for me was the easy can do stylle of Dr Thompson. I felt well cared for and her staff said I would love her and I did! That speaks volumes when you have a Loving cohesive staff/physician. I am 100% happy I waited to see Dr Mallory. I am completely at ease with her completely welcoming me to the practice by reviewing my history and explaining my last tests and followup. I will definitely be back at my next annual exam time.

Dr. Thompson enjoys helping people who are facing issues with menstruation, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and other gynecologic issues. She is also passionate about providing support for postpartum mental health, prenatal care and other obstetric issues.
Our accomplished San Antonio OBGYN, Mallory Thompson MD received her Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating magna cum laude with a minor in Chinese, Dr. Thompson pursued her medical education at the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso. She received her medical degree before moving to Dallas to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center.
As a medical student, Dr. Thompson received a full-tuition merit-based scholarship, as well as the Outstanding Senior Student Award, Obstetrics and Gynecology. During her residency, she received the Outstanding Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology award. She takes the most pride in the Service Excellence Award she received at Baylor University Medical Center. The nurses nominated her for this honor based on her “service and patient care beyond scope of duty.”
Mallory Thompson MD is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and has da Vinci System certification. She is a member of several professional organizations.
