She checked my surgical finger carefully. I had stitches taken out, the day before, and had an issue with oozing where repositioned skin and nail meet. She cleaned it up, checked all along the incision, replaced steri strips and bandaged where it oozed. Marci also was very pleasant.
We felt an MRI should have been ordered as soon as the X-rays were negative. There was a risk of further injury.
She identified my problem very quickly and prescribed treatment that corrected it .
I have previously reported what a fine job Marci did on a survey I completed.
Marci is exceptional; she is extremely professional; personal; makes you feel relaxed; listens very carefully; has a great sense of humor and answers all questions. Her diagnosis and recommendations for improving my situation were practical, simple and real!! I would recommend Marci in a heartbeat.
I was under the impression I was just there to get a perscription for pain had a date of Dec. 19 to be seen was told that was the first open time.
Marci was thorough in showing me the newest X-ray and explaining the type of fracture that I have. Professional and efficient in use of time.
Diagnosis accurate. Provided recovery plan. Drained fluid. Scheduled followup. Focused on problem and solved it.
She explained everything to me setting my mind at ease and provided me with a treatment plan that I was satisfied with. She was very pleasant and didn't rush through my exam.
Everyone was so nice, concerned and very respectful. [Single best thing is...] the sense of urgency of getting me comfortable.
I had an appt. with Marci and thought she was very professional. She seemed to really care about my medical concern.
Was made to feel at ease about going back to work. [Single best thing is...] the pain that I was having is gone.
Marci followed my care 3 years ago as I underwent surgery for a Jones Fracture. She is extremely smart and knows what is happening. I trust her explicitly, more so than the physician who performed the surgery (who was also good) but Marci is a cut above! Marcy prescribed medication and a running restriction (no running for 4 days). After 4 days I was back at it. As a result, I made another appointment for my sore and swollen thumbs. November 19.
