Dr. Taylor is absolutely the best! She is incredibly attentive, takes the time to listen, and pays close attention to every detail. I was seen on time, never felt rushed, and truly felt cared for throughout my visit. Her professionalism, compassion, and outstanding customer service made for an excellent experience.

I arrived about 4 minutes late for my appointment. It was my first visit and I wasn't aware how difficult it'd be to find parking, despite arriving 15 minutes early. I called the office to let them know I was walking up, but a but behind, a minute prior to my appointment time. The person who answered was kind and understanding and let me know they'd pass the message along. Upon arrival, I went to the reception desk and was greeted by a friendly professional named Courtney. I was a bit flustered and she calmed my nerves. Got me checked in promptly and updated on next steps. The ultrasound tech, Connie, was also fantastic. Very kind, professional, and attentive. She wanted to confirm I received the videos of my baby before i left the room, and I appreciated that. Lastly, Dr. Taylor was so great. I waited a month and a half to see her and it was worth the wait. She was kind, thorough and she listened to me regarding my experience with my most recent birth in 2025. It is of utmost importance to me that I feel heard, I know I do not have all the answers, and that is why I want to trust the doctor who will care for me during my pregnancy. I know the reputation she has, which is glowing, is true. I am happy with this choice!
