I'm very satisfied with my treatment. From, Margaret Boyd. But it's a four-star rating because upon arrival I learn that a lady at the front desk had canceled my appointment and the two ladies at the front desk talked about it quietly but didn't tell me why. I shared to the other staff that I know I walked in at the 15 minute mark but I feel she could have been transparent and said I'm sorry you're too late so I had to cancel your appointment. Then I found out that we have 30 minute window and that my appointment should not have been canceled. So the examining staff, the nurse who took me back and Mary Margaret Boyd the ones who made me feel they were going to get to the bottom of it because it didn't make any sense and it was frustrating that that happened and there was no transparency given. And the ladies wouldn't even tell me what happened with my appointment. I had to outright ask if my appointment was cancelled. THAT'S when the one lady admitted she cancelled it and didn't say why... Very professional...
