Everything from the front office, medical assistant, and Dr. Morales was exceptional. I didn't even wait 2 minutes before they called my name. The office and staff are very efficient and kind. Dr. Morales spent time with me before the pelvic examination answering my questions and getting to know me. She also was incredibly gentle when performing the pap smear. I barely felt the speculum go in. I have never experienced this before. This is normally very uncomfortable and sometimes painful for me. Dr. Morales is very gentle and compassionate. I am very grateful to have her as my physician. Dr. Morales spent time with me before the pelvic examination answering my questions and getting to know me.
