During her time in Saudi Arabia, Marie was introduced to her future husband, Steve Larma of Fort Worth, which led to her traveling to America in 1991. Marie then set out to complete her RN and midwifery training in the Labor & Delivery departments of Mesa General Hospital (Phoenix, AZ), and later North Hills Hospital (North Richland Hills, TX). She was also granted US citizenship. In 1996, Marie was awarded her CNM license with the American College of Nurse Midwives.
Today, Marie partners with Dr. Patrick Allen to provide high-quality gynecological care to women in the Richland Hills, TX area. She has a special interest in adolescent gynecology.
