Dr. Sahakyan and her medical team are wonderful - highly satisfied with them. The appointment reminders are a different story. Many, many reminders to be sure to show up at 1:45 for a 2:00 appointment. Yet no one is there for the lunch break between 1 and 2! Why urge me to be there at 1:45 when no one is there?
