Dr. Marisa Beals grew up in Seattle then moved with her family to central New Jersey where she graduated high school. She attended college at the University of Delaware, majoring in Biology and graduating summa cum laude. While in college, Dr. Beals spent her summers working at a camp for children with chronic or life-threatening diseases. She attended medical school at the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University, graduating with distinction in Global and Public Health. Dr. Beals completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale New Haven Health Bridgeport Hospital. During her time in residency, she gained a wealth of experience taking care of high risk pregnancies. Dr. Beals is passionate about providing high quality evidence-based care to her patients.
