I had made this appointment thinking that I was going to have childcare but unfortunately, it fell through last minute, so I had to show up to my appointment with my six week old newborn. I was very nervous because I know that could be quite inconvenient to say the least. But I walked in and was greeted by Lexi, who was so welcoming and understanding. From there, I met two of the nurses who took me back to the room and also could not have made me feel more comfortable about having the baby with me. Dr. Epstein then came in and was so friendly and warm and made a consultation that could've been quite uncomfortable, very easy and stress-free. After the appointment I met with Gabby to go over scheduling and payments and answer all the questions that I had. She was so kind and patient. It was my first time in the office yet somehow it felt like I had known everybody for years. I couldn't be more confident in scheduling my procedure once I figure out my work schedule and I am so looking forward to it!

Everyone in the office made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and I had a feeling I was in good hands. My surgery experience was nothing but positive and my results are better than I could have imagined. My new breasts look so natural and as if they were always a part of me. My friends and I cannot believe the results. Motiva preserve is unbelievable and so is Dr. Epstein!

At 72 years old, I wasn't looking to go bigger—I simply wanted a subtle lift and a little more fullness while maintaining a natural look. Dr. Epstein listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly what we discussed. My breasts look and feel incredibly natural, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Dr. Epstein and his staff were wonderful from my first appointment. He made me feel comfortable and understood my concerns. He explained the procedures extensively. He is easy to contact and his follow up is immediate. I could not have asked for a better outcome with care and concern along the way.
