Mary Anne Facciolo, MD, FACOG

About Mary Facciolo:

Dr. Facciolo received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware in 1975. She was awarded her medical degree from the Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia in 1979. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 1983. She then joined the faculty of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Maryland from 1983-1985. Following that she joined Dr. Ruthann Zern in starting a private practice in general Obstetrics and Gynecology which has evolved over the years to include many more physicians and ultimately merge with Capital Women’s Care. She is board certified by the American Board of OB/GYN and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Although she enjoyed delivering babies for many years, her current practice is limited to office Gynecology and minor surgery.
