Mary Sadler, DPT

About Mary Sadler:

Dr. Sadler joined Lyndhurst in May 2021 to build the Lyndhurst Pelvic Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center. Mary is a native of North Carolina and received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Gardner-Webb University, where she was a 4-year Division 1 Collegiate Swimmer and team captain. She continues to serve on the Advisory Committee for the Exercise Science program at Gardner-Webb. She then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University where she served as Publicity Chair for the program.

Her special interests include prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum care, incontinence, pain with intercourse, and pelvic pain.

In her free time, she loves weightlifting and spending time with her husband, Chris and their three children Summer, Patrick, and Estelle.
