Meghan Presnell is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Originally from Raleigh, she graduated from Broughton High School. She has Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and in Nursing from Duke University. She then worked at UNC Rex as a postpartum nurse while obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing from UNC-Chapel Hill (2016). She was employed as a local primary care Nurse Practitioner for several years before joining Arbor ObGyn in 2019.

With her background in primary care combined with her interest in integrative and alternative medicine, Mrs. Presnell offers a holistic approach to her care. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Holistic Nurses Association.

Mrs. Presnell lives in Raleigh with her husband, two little girls, and one goofy dog. Having pursued a professional music career in Nashville she still enjoys occasionally singing with the praise and worship and at Church on Morgan. In any other free time, she enjoys yoga, the great outdoors, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
