The technician was attentive to making the experience as comfortable as possible. i appreciated not having multiple tasks to do before finally getting the service such as: sitting in an office waiting room; filling out forms; disrobing in a dressing room; storing my belongings in a locker; waiting in a secondary "private" waiting room, etc. It was part of my appointment with my doctor; and required going down a hallway, and entering a single room with the technician. There was zero waste of time, and was not at all impersonal.

I had a positive experience during my recent mammogram - my first one in this office. I was taken back right on time, and the medical technician was kind and professional. Most importantly, I was not in pain during the mammogram. In the past, my mammograms at Providence Park in Novi were very uncomfortable. While the technicians there were always kind, the compression often felt so intense that I would start sweating and feel like I might pass out.
