He answered my questions and came up with a plan and discussed my concerns.
Receptionists were friendly and kind to my kids and Dr Hemphill was kind and answered my questions, explaining information so that I left feeling informed and understood.
Front desk, assistant, and provider care are friendly and professional; exam time, information delivery are clear.
The doctor spent a good amount of time with me and answered several questions. But my appointment ran 10-15 minutes later than start time. I have known Dr Hemphill for 14 years and appreciate his consistent and quality care for me and my personal needs.
