Dr. Lee was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My eyelids were drooping over the corner of my eyes and that was all I noticed when I looked in the mirror. That is no longer a problem.
De Lee and his team were the most intement kind group of ladies you could ask for. Private surgerycenter, private anesthesiologist, private nurse, nutritionist. They were all supportive with my travel during recovery and advising me on how to control inflammation and pain if any. I had little bruising and no pain.
PCCS is such a First-Class organization; so nice to have your trust rewarded with people who are not only dedicated to their craft, but are excellent at it, and seem to enjoy the process. As most people are, I was apprehensive about the whole thing. Dr. Lee did a great job during the consultation, afterwards I knew that I was at the right place. The attention to detail and process makes such a difference; the Health Coach, pre and post op instructions, the night nurse Amy is a true angel! I feared having the procedure in Dallas (I live in Houston) would be a huge hassle but staying at such a nice place (Ritz) worked out great.
My sister went with me. We were extremely impressed with Dr. Lee's experience, demeanor, compassion, just really everything about him. We were convinced that we made the right choice and decided to go forward with the surgery that same day after meeting with him and his team. Everyone on his team are just incredible.
