At my check in at the front office there was an assistant working check in (she had a different name) on her left arm that was exposed to check in persons she had a tattoo that indirectly said buck you. The letters were different but I thought this was very inappropriate for a worker in an office to have that exposed on her arm. She could have worn a sleeve on it or a sweater. I know working with the public can be difficult but working at a women's office I feel is just inappropriate.
I am seen promptly. Dr. Scutella is friendly and patient. He listens to me and respects me. He always gives me opportunities for questions and concerns. He explains information clearly in a way that I can understand. He is familiar with my history, and I appreciate all these qualities in a doctor.
