Funk answered all my questions and doubts. I went in for IUD consult but ended up getting a test done that I asked for. I really appreciated her help.
Michelle is very engaged and animated in discussing your health issues and answering your questions and treating you like an individual. Her exam is very thorough. She found a nodule in my breast which I had not discovered myself. She provided information that the shape of the nodule (smooth) suggested that it probably wasnt concerning and wrote up an order for a diagnostic mammogram. She was efficient but one leaves with the feeling that enough time was spent discussing symptoms and prognosis. see comments above. Michelle provides excellent, knowledgeable care. I have seen her before and scheduled with her specifically because of positive prior experience
Despite computer difficulties I was well cared for. Michelle Funk is fabulous! I prefer her over any of the doctors currently in the practice that I have met.

Michelle is a Fairfax native and currently resides in the area with her Husband, son, and 2 English bulldogs. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and visiting different Virginia wineries. Traveling was a hobby of Michelle’s, pre-covid, her favorite destinations including Lake Tahoe and the Philippines.
