Making the appointment and having my questions answered by receptionist, friendly greetings when I entered the office, the attention and time spent with me by Michelle Funk and having all my concerns addressed. Ease of getting my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. Michelle Funk is very caring and truly cares about my concerns. She provided helpful handouts and brought to my attention something important to keep my eye on.
Short wait time and Dr was very nice and to the point.
Front office, nurses, and the NP were extremely warm and welcoming and friendly. They answered any questions I had and didn’t seem annoyed by them. I felt able to address any concerns. The NP helped me with next steps. It was a great experience.

The front desk staff were all very polite and welcoming. Michelle Funk was wonderful to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I felt that all of my questions were thoroughly answered, and she took the time to make sure I understood everything. She also provided me with a referral, and by the time I reached the front desk, it was already ready for me. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated everyone's professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness.

Michelle is a Fairfax native and currently resides in the area with her Husband, son, and 2 English bulldogs. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and visiting different Virginia wineries. Traveling was a hobby of Michelle’s, pre-covid, her favorite destinations including Lake Tahoe and the Philippines.
