Dr. Reinke-Young is very patient. She answers all of your questions and her demeanor is very calming. She is very knowledgeable.
I feel so fortunate to have Dr Reinke Young as my gynecologist. I have the utmost trust in her, her skills and her easy way of communicating with me. I admire the process she uses for my annual visit. She meets with me alone first so we can discuss my health and any concerns in private. Then she requests a support staff member to be present during the actual test samples.
Little wait time and really took her time with me.
I was used to Dr. chartier, she always used to spend some time and ask all the questions about my health and spend more time examination of my body in regards to annual . Dr.Reinke is good I may have to get used to her style. But I felt like she didn't spend that time time at all with me. Also I waited more than 30 to 40 minutes outside in the lobby until they called in. Its in the morning so I shouldn't be wasting that much time when we are all working , and take time off to come to be on time for the appointment. She probably spent 10 minutes of her time with me. I understand they are busy.
The doctor was everything I had hoped for and more. It is daunting to have to change physicians after being decades with another. And gynecology is certainly an intimate experience and trust and confidence in one's provider is key. The only glitch was the long wait time (1 hour) but because my experience with the doctor and my nurse was so positive, I cannot give my visit less than 5 stars.

Dr. Reinke-Young is personable and interested in me as a patient and person. Very professional and friendly. Staff is good too. I actually had to cancel my appointment in September and then had been rescheduled for December as the next available appointment but I asked to be put on a list for any cancellations and the office called me in October and so I was able to get in much earlier. My appointment was also on time and I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes.
Dr. Reinke-Young was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. She had a very gentle manner with regard to examination, and she provided a safe space where I could speak honestly. I felt that she truly cared, and that I was seen and heard.
