Michelle is cheerful and competent. She makes it easy to discuss personal health issues with her. She is current on medical issues and research so she provides great answers to questions that I usually have. I know the office is very busy, but Michelle never makes you feel that she's got one foot out the door for the next patient in line. She is attentive. Plus she's skilled at the procedures she performs.
