The nurse was nice, caring, and compassionate. Michelle Wall was caring and concerned as always. She has always shown me respect and even if she had to go the extra mile to find out the problem, she was willing to get to the problem to get me feeling better. Especially this last time when I went, I had a place on my left breast and it was leaking on the side and I had been to the family doctor and it wasn't getting better and I went to my appointment and Michelle Wall seen it. Thank you for all you do!
The receptionist is always kind and friendly. The nurse who checked me in was super kind as I'm a very nervous patient. (White coat syndrome). And Michelle is so kind and understanding. She truly cares about her patients.

She listens to your concerns, offers suggestions and doesn't pressure you to do anything you aren't comfortable with. I feel like I can talk to her about any of my concerns.
