Dr. Pagette founded Mockingbird Ob/Gyn, P.A. in 2006 after returning from Florence, South Carolina, where she had built a successful practice of 12 and one half years. She moved to her present office building in 2011, which her husband, Denis, designed and performed the build out for. She is in the Cat Hollow area of Round Rock.

Dr. Pagette performs both low and high risk obstetrics, and offers a number of in office procedures for the convenience of her patients. She does not perform abortions. She does not believe in patients going through an automated answering machine, and has live people answering the phone 24 hours per day.

Dr. Pagette performs all of her own ultrasounds with a new state of the art GE Expert Series Voluson machine. She has the ability to transfer photos of the ultrasound examinations to the patient's e-mail and cell phone.
