The appointment was thorough but quick. I felt taken care of. I was taken on time. Morgan was efficient, but still thorough and kind.
Everyone was really nice. Everything was well explained before anything actually happened. Being able to know the experience before the experience is so much better since you have answers.

Everyone was very welcoming and nice. They also made me feel comfortable and that I really appreciate. I also like the idea of the urine cups with the markers setup. Great idea and let me know that you care about your patients.
Felt listened to, cared for, and provided with education and reassurance. The visit was not rushed but also respectful of time.
