Appointment was on time and Erin was very good. Not much discomfort. All went well.
The procedure was painless and produced good results. The staff are excellent.
Angela is extremely professional and explained everything about the procedure and what I should expect and do after it.
I don't know if I'm satisfied with results yet bc it takes months. But Katie and the rest of the staff were amazing. Katie was so enjoyable to talk to as well as quick and confident.

First, because I think Neko is wonderful. Second, the procedure seems to be accomplishing the repair of a lot of the areas I was concerned about. Third, because it's a really nice facility. [Single best thing is...] Some tightening and lifting of the jowl area.
Christine is detail oriented and a perfectionist - a characteristic that is imperative in someone who is treating your face! LOVE her. I'm 45 and people think I'm 35 - what more can I say?
The pain was much less than the last visit of Morpheus. Scheduling was much better this time, no confusion compared to last visit.
Was provided an appointment when paying the deposit, but received a phone message to call the office back, about a week prior. When I returned the call in a few days, that individual that called, was in a meeting. I asked if they would get her attention and see what the call was about (did not leave a message, other than just call her back). They couldn't follow that option, so I asked to leave a message for the caller to call back. Did not hear back, but when I arrived at the office for my appointment the front desk told me my appointment had been rescheduled without my knowledge. I explained and another staffer stepped in to listen to the problem. She worked to get me that day. Yay! The procedure was extremely painful. I would suggest some prescription pain reliver (not just a topical) for cases where the patient is experiencing extreme pain. Lastly, I have seen no results. It has been 7 weeks and I've used all the products in the box provided. Understand that it takes 3 treatments total, so I'm hoping something happens with the next 2, but staff did mention that others got results after the first treatment. Some disappointment there.
