Dr. Webb has been a great provider for me and I am extremely satisfied with her. The only downside I have experienced is with the check-in staff. They were quick to say I didn't have an appointment and sent me to another office down the hall (who sent me back to the original office since I shouldn't have been sent there in the first place). There also was a question about billing in the past and they kept trying to tell me that an open bill was for the wrong procedure and didn't understand when I tried explaining that I had already paid online, etc.
I am always so comfortable with Dr. Webb. She talks to me like a regular person. And I don't feel nervous, anxious or embarrassed talking to her about personal things. She really listens and that is wonderful to me.
