I did not have positive results after the PRP treatment tobmy scalp. I have spent $20,000 to have a fuller head of hair and with that amount of money I still don't have that. I feel the procedure works for the Neograft however $20,000 should go further with getting more grafts. It's insane to think that $20,000 cannot get rid of hair problems. With that I'm dissatisfied and still have problems with my hairline and further back going into my peaks and crown. I did not get any positive results with the 3 PRP treatments either.
Having the procedure done was one of the best things I could have done, I wish I would have done it sooner! Brian and his entire team is amazing! [Single best thing is...] I love seeing the results when I look in the mirror and see myself in photographs. I don't avoid having my picture taken like I used to.
Procedure and staff were all excellent.
The staff was amazing bar none. I finally hair in front of my scalp and the Dr. says it will grow thick as time goes by & heals. I continue to get support from Kelly & Dr. H post surgery
The level of service was outstanding. Both Dr. David and his assistants were very helpful and knowledgeable of the NEOgraft process. The facility had state of the art technology as well. Food was provided to accommodate patient as well.
I did it 3 times paid thousands of dollars and I am not happy with the results nor am I getting the reactions that I had hoped for from the doctor. I would assume if his patients are not happy he would do his best to rectify that. I was forced to stop being his patient due to his reaction

So far, I have no complaints and yet it is too soon to judge the results of the Neograft. I was in for a laser hair treatment and Zak took time to meet with me, which was very nice. The visit was very productive One suggestion, is to have the follow-up instructions for the procedure in writing, as I was very woozy when I left the office, and may have forgotten something.
Everyone in the office from first phone call to day of surgery was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Hamaway answered all of our questions with patience and attention to detail. Nice to have good customer service and a doctor who listens. Well, as it is a hair transplant still yet to come, but everything looks like it was done very well.
