Dr Layliev provided expert advice, highly skilled advanced medical procedures, extremely detailed artistry, and I believe a little magic. The preparation weeks before, the stress-free day of procedure, and the incredible attentive in-house aftercare was something that was not available in any of the many doctors I had researched. I am beyond shocked at the incredible results.

I was hesitant to even alter my appearance. After years of breast feeding and back pain I slowly started to wonder if a reduction would help me and if there was any way to stop my sinking eye bags from getting any more tired looking. I read about what could go wrong. I read about making sure the doctor is board certified. I read about the recovery process. At some point I realized I could either stay as is or take a chance on two very common procedures with very positive results. I wasn’t getting any younger and I was in good health and had realistic expectations. I didn’t want people to notice a huge change. I wanted to look like me but not so tired and I didn’t want to wear a bra anymore. . . For the rest of my life. Let me just say Dr. Romanelli has come through with both. He was gentle and kind and understanding throughout the entire process. He also worked with my insurance and the breast reduction was covered at 100% like he said from the beginning. His before and after photos speak for themselves. I feel blessed to have found Northshore.

Scar looks great and minimal pain healing process was great

From the very first phone call I made, I was impressed with the courteous staff and their responsiveness in answering my questions, returning messages, etc. Juliette made herself available via text and telephone and that was very helpful. When I walked into the office for my first appointment, I was impressed by the bright and clean environment; it was very welcoming. And when I met Dr. Romanelli, his bedside manner made me feel comfortable in what would have been an otherwise awkward appointment. Dr. Romanelli was patient and listened to me explain what I wanted. He did not try to push additional procedures on me, as was the case with other surgeons I consulted with. At every single appointment, he always asks, "What questions do you have for me?" I could not be happier with my results; Dr. Romanelli gave me exactly what I asked for. He even responds to emails when I have a random question, which is equally impressive. The professionalism and kindness of Dr. Romanelli and the entire staff makes this practice second to none.
