I love this new location! Everyone is so prompt. There is hardly any wait and the girls are so sweet and compassionate. I had a mammogram this past visit and I was in and out within 20 minutes.
Staff were very professional and made sure I was comfortable.
Although all personnel I encountered were very professional, personal, and kind, my only issue is with the confirmation of my appointment. I reached out prior to my appointment via patient portal to confirm the date and time and was told a different date than what I had on my calendar. When I didn't receive a notification the day before that appointment I reached out again via patient portal and was told the appointment was scheduled the original date I had originally scheduled. This affected other appointments I was scheduling. Again, everything else with this appointment was fine and hate to even mention this.
