Dr. Fagan is just a general pleasant human being, kind and humorous, who immediately made me feel comfortable. This allowed me to speak openly and freely about all my concerns regarding possible HRT. Secondly, I did NOT feel rushed. I had the time to ask all of my questions and was given thorough answers. In addition, Dr Fagan shared other avenues that I might explore that I hadn't considered. She seemed concerned about both my health and happiness. I was also happy that she is considering the total impact on my health and taking things a step at a time.

Although the video link didn't work on my end I was able to call in - audio worked great and appreciated being able to connect with my doctor without losing a half day of work driving in for an in-office visit.
