About Priyanka Goel Venugopal:

Dr. Goel received her undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University before earning her Masters in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Goel then completed her medical degree at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in California and began her residency training at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Goel had initially been interested using her degree for a career in research but after completing her obstetric rotation of her residency she fell in love with helping bring new life into the world. After performing her first delivery, she knew that obstetrics and gynecology was the only field she wanted to specialize in. In addition to her sunny disposition and up to date knowledge base, Dr. Goel is also fluent in Hindi making her a culturally competent asset to our practice. When she is not working, Dr. Goel enjoys spending time with her husband and young son.
