Rachel is wonderful and professional. She walks through each step of a procedure to ensure that you understand where she is at. She is friendly, professional and very gentle. She always checks in on skin care and refilling products. She discusses upcoming maintenance that you will need. What I like about her the most is she is practical and provides guidance and is very honest. She also doesn't pressure you about additional procedures but always provides alternatives.
