I was born and raised in the Twin Cities, attended St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minn., and completed a year-long internship at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis. Over the past decade, I have had the honor of serving families across the Twin Cities metro area as a registered dietitian.
Throughout most of my career, I’ve focused on supporting families and children, helping them optimize their nutrition in the face of health challenges and medical conditions. I find this work incredibly rewarding because I know that life can be overwhelming enough without the added stress of figuring out what to eat and how to nourish your loved ones properly.
I recognize that pregnancy can be a time of significant change and learning, and it can often feel like a daunting journey. I am thrilled to be able to support women during this time and to offer specialized diabetes care and education to mothers with gestational diabetes with my role at Premier Women’s Health Oakdale OBGYN and OBGYN West. My approach is to walk with you through your prenatal experience, getting to know you as an individual and helping you establish realistic, sustainable habits that will support your health and well-being in a creative and uplifting way.
When I’m not working, I find the greatest joy in spending time with my husband and two young boys. We are always outdoors, exploring new places and learning together. In my rare moments of downtime, you can find me serving at church, gardening, doing puzzles, or enjoying time with friends. I enjoy friendly competition whether it be in sports or board games with my family. Above all, my faith in Jesus is the foundation of my life, and His love inspires me in both my work and personal life.
