Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

Dr Teng was incredibly bubbly. She was helpful in letting me speak and ask questions. She provided thoughtful feedback.

Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

Dr. Teng has been very good at understanding both my preferences for my birth and my and my baby's medical needs! She has been very helpful taking her time to explain things to me and give me options that keep me safe and are still ensuring I have a healthy baby!

Dr. Teng was very kind and answered every one of my questions. I didn't feel rushed and she was very personable.

Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

Dr. Teng was so full of energy. She greeted me as if we were long time friends. It was very welcoming and I loved her energy. She explained everything to me and I had no questions after. I love a provider who does that. Pregnancy is difficult and she made it seem so much easier. Thank you Dr. Teng!

Annual Well Woman Exam

Dr. Teng is an excellent doctor. She is never rushed and always takes time to chat about both medical and non-medical issues. I feel like she cares about me as a person and remembers me from visit to visit.

Annual Well Woman Exam

Dr. Tent was so kind and really listened to me and made me feel like she valued me as a patient.

Annual Well Woman Exam

I came in for a well woman exam. I filled in the check-in information thoroughly and included any issues and questions I was having. After waiting in the exam room at least 10 minutes, the Doctor came in. After greeting me, she immediately focused on the fact that she does not have the time to address all my issues or my questions. She said I would have to choose what issue she would spend her time on. She literally spent 5-7 minutes on telling me how she doesn't have the time to focus on everything, while not even acknowledging all the issues or questions. So I had to choose. Since I was there for a Pap smear, I told her to do that. Wellness exams include a breast exam, and since breast pain, was one of my issues, I figured she could do that. I had questions about hormone issues, and a rash/dry skin near my anus. She said for hormone questions to make an appointment and she never even acknowledge the other issue. I understand if you need to bill the appointment as something else- but I did not feel as if my care or wellness was first. Again, spending the first half of a 15 minute appointment to tell me how little time you have, is definitely not efficient, or caring. I felt I could not ask questions or be an advocate for my care. A position I have never been in with any of the Doctors at this practice.

IUD Insertion / Removal

Dr. Teng was just as excited to see me as I was to see her. I saw her at her old office and it was the first time coming to her new practice. She has always made me feel comfortable and put a smile on my face :-)

Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

Lack of communication, promised call back yet did not after MD knew we just experienced a miscarriage after a already rough year full of loss

Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

Although the Dr was very kind, I did feel a little rushed. I had more questions to ask and I feel like the appointment was hurried because she was busy. At the end I was cut off a little as she wrapped up the conversation and started walking out the door. Maybe she didn't realize it so just giving feedback in hopes this is helpful. Also the medical assistant who took my blood was very painful. She stuck me multiple times and after all of that ended up not getting enough blood. Now I have to drive an hour back to the office to get poked again (something I hate). Would have been nice to make sure enough blood was taken so this does not happen.

Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

Talked 90 miles an hour and didn't listen. Filled the whole 7 minute interaction with constant chatter.
