The front desk staff and the doctor were both very warm and professional during my consultation, but overall, the follow-up process left a lot to be desired. When I booked my appointment, I was explicitly told I would be able to view a portfolio of rhinoplasty with alarplasty photos in-office. However, when I asked, the doctor was hesitant and couldn't guarantee he could provide them. Additionally, the doctor took digital simulations to show me what my potential results might look like and promised to send them over, and a consultant assured me she would follow up with more photos. It has now been three weeks with zero communication, despite an email I sent inquiring about the photos and simulations. It's unfortunate, because communication and transparency are crucial when deciding on surgery, and this experience left me feeling overlooked.

I was treated with respect and consideration throughout the entire journey by every level of staff. Many doctors claim to run a "patient-centric" office, but Dr Bartlett's might be the first operation that actually delivers on that promise in my experience. Their communication is top-tier; I never had to chase down answers and rarely even had to ask follow-up questions since they outlined the process so well in all of their detailed info packets. With that said, whenever I did have questions or concerns, it was extremely easy to access the responsible parties (and they were always very considerate and professional in fielding my queries). I knew exactly what to expect from recovery, and I couldn't have hoped for better results—the scarring is so minimal that most of my loved ones have commented that if they didn't already know I had just had major surgery, they never would've guessed!

Dr. Bartlett calmly explained all my options, properly informed me of the healing process and expected outcomes, provided all the resources I needed to make an educated decision, exceeded my expectations for surgery, and had excellent bed-side demeanor, as did the rest of the staff. Just two months after my procedure, I was able to go fully stealth in college due to the minimal scarring.

Dr Bartlett did an amazing job. His bed side matters were amazing. The surgery went really well, i was worried about the pain after surgery, and i have to say i barely needed any pain meds. The scar looks very well done! His team is all very friendly and ready to answer any questions. I was very doubtful about having the surgery, removing my implants after +20 years of having was not an easy decision. I am happy with the decision i made. I did and continue following all the recommendations from dr Bartlett, from taking care of myself the first 8 weeks to using the scar tape every day for the following 3 months.

Dr. Bartlett and all of the nurses were incredibly competent, kind, and communicative in every step of the process from initial consultation to post-op recovery. I never felt confused or nervous about the procedure, and everyone took great care to keep me abreast of exactly what I needed to do before, during, and after surgery. The nurses are fantastic, they answered every question I had after surgery and never made me feel dumb about what I was worried about, their quick and easy-to-understand responses were phenomenal. The lack of pain I was in post-surgery was a lovely surprise, and the general speed with which I healed was fantastic. My visual result came out beautifully, which is exactly what I hoped for from undergoing top surgery.

Dr. Bartlett is an expert and immediately put my and my husband's mind at ease. He is patient and explains things very well.
