Dr Bartlett did an amazing job. His bed side matters were amazing. The surgery went really well, i was worried about the pain after surgery, and i have to say i barely needed any pain meds. The scar looks very well done! His team is all very friendly and ready to answer any questions. I was very doubtful about having the surgery, removing my implants after +20 years of having was not an easy decision. I am happy with the decision i made. I did and continue following all the recommendations from dr Bartlett, from taking care of myself the first 8 weeks to using the scar tape every day for the following 3 months.
Dr. Bartlett and all of the nurses were incredibly competent, kind, and communicative in every step of the process from initial consultation to post-op recovery. I never felt confused or nervous about the procedure, and everyone took great care to keep me abreast of exactly what I needed to do before, during, and after surgery. The nurses are fantastic, they answered every question I had after surgery and never made me feel dumb about what I was worried about, their quick and easy-to-understand responses were phenomenal. The lack of pain I was in post-surgery was a lovely surprise, and the general speed with which I healed was fantastic. My visual result came out beautifully, which is exactly what I hoped for from undergoing top surgery.
Dr. Bartlett is an expert and immediately put my and my husband's mind at ease. He is patient and explains things very well.
