Dr. Bernstein grew up in the mountains of Colorado, was a ski patroller at Breckenridge Ski Resort after college and moved back to the area to practice medicine after finishing her training as an OBGYN. After a successful 20-year career in Summit and Eagle counties, Dr. Bernstein now is focusing her attention on menopausal medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and completed residency in OBGYN at the University of Connecticut. She is a member of the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) as well as the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH). She is board certified and is a fellow of the American Congress of OB/Gyn (ACOG) and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL).
