I was highly satisfied because the nurse practitioner is amazing and probably one of the only reasons why I've been coming to this office for the last 17 years. She is kind, personable, intelligent, highly informative and takes her time to connect with her patient to better provide solutions throughout all the different stages of a women's life. I recommend that all of the staff that works at this location take note and use her as an example for what true medical bedside manner and professionalism looks like. I recently had an incident that required a follow-up with my gynecologist, and the team was incredibly accommodating, squeezing me in for an appointment the very same week. Rosetta Stanford, was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to truly listen and showed immense empathy. Most importantly, she thoroughly explained the potential causes, options, and next steps. It is rare to find a practitioner who doesn't rush, and I felt completely heard because she took my situation seriously and took immediate action. I am so grateful for her exceptional care.
