Dr. Bissell is a kind and compassionate doctor. His assistant and PA are also great. I feel like they really listen to my concerns and address them.

Very much appreciated the safety measures due to COVID19. Front office staff and clinical coordinator were wonderful. Dr. Bissell listened to a few concerns of mine and put my mind ease. Got checked in very fast even with the COVID checking etc. No waiting time in the Doctors office and this being my first meeting post-surgery I was told specifically the surgery issues, took out my stitches, gave me some exercises and a therapy group to see and I was on my way.

I had my 6 month post op appointment last week. Dr Wasserlauf was not happy with my ROM And strength. He ordered a MRI for me and that is why I was there today to discuss what they saw. We really didn't determine if I need surgery again or just keep doing Pt.


I was able to get answers to questions I had about my surgery as there was additional damage to my shoulder discovered during the actual surgery.


Dr. took time to answer my questions, took x-rays to determine extent of problem and explained why he thought it necessary to do replacement surgery rather than repair. I was satisfied with his answers. He also gave me a shot for the pain and seems to understand that it has been considerable and I need to do procedure ASAP.
