Dr. Bissell is a kind and compassionate doctor. His assistant and PA are also great. I feel like they really listen to my concerns and address them.
Very much appreciated the safety measures due to COVID19. Front office staff and clinical coordinator were wonderful. Dr. Bissell listened to a few concerns of mine and put my mind ease. All my questions were answered, reviewed my current regimen. Happy with my progress and with Dr. Bissell. I am feeling better!
[Highly satisfied with] Care of medical staff and doctor. [Single best thing is...] Finally getting shoulder pain taken care of after almost a year of treatment, PT and injections.
They brought me right in. Everyone I saw was very kind and patient with me as I discussed some concerns that I had which helped put me at ease. I did not get sick from the anesthesia which was my biggest fear.
My first telemedicine appointment. Easy to use. Taylor was professional, as always, and all questions were answered.
Dr. Bissell was on time, explained things well, including the next step in my post-op care, and answered all of my questions. [Single best thing is...] Dr. Bissell's bedside manner and calmness in explaining the surgery and post-op care.
Got checked in very fast even with the COVID checking etc. No waiting time in the Doctors office and this being my first meeting post-surgery I was told specifically the surgery issues, took out my stitches, gave me some exercises and a therapy group to see and I was on my way.
Taylor took the time to explain what my surgery included, what was done and how it was done.
All questions I posed were answered.
The visit was what I expected. Dr. Wasserlauf answered all of my questions satisfactorily.
Everyone is always friendly and very helpful. I feel I am treated like a person not a number. [Single best thing is...] That the pain is resolved
Dr. Bissell took time, answered questions, and gave clear explanations.
People there are very friendly and helpful. Jay Kimmels and PA Alena were very professional answers all questions and are careing. [Single best thing is...] Less pain so far. Still healing
I had my 6 month post op appointment last week. Dr Wasserlauf was not happy with my ROM And strength. He ordered a MRI for me and that is why I was there today to discuss what they saw. We really didn't determine if I need surgery again or just keep doing Pt.
I was able to get answers to questions I had about my surgery as there was additional damage to my shoulder discovered during the actual surgery.
Dr. took time to answer my questions, took x-rays to determine extent of problem and explained why he thought it necessary to do replacement surgery rather than repair. I was satisfied with his answers. He also gave me a shot for the pain and seems to understand that it has been considerable and I need to do procedure ASAP.
