Dr Summerall is truly the best doctor I have. He takes the time to fully explain things in ways I understand and never makes me feel rushed. He always answers all my questions and is so kind. He always puts me at ease and gives me all of my options. I recommend him to everyone.

Was taken in to the ultrasound in a timely manner, staff was excellent and kind. Had to wait for my second appt to see the doctor but ended up being seen quicker as there was a no show. Staff made me feel comfortable and heard, would highly recommend.
Dr. Summerall completely explains your options regarding your condition. In my case, he felt that with my osteopenia, I should wait and not take any additional medication. He also felt that my exercise program of walking is keeping my spine strong.

In 2013, Dr. Summerall completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology internship and residency training at Danbury Hospital.
Dr. Summerall is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is currently a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and was one of the first gynecologists certified with the Essentials of Minimally Invasive Gynecology exam.
Dr. Summerall decided to pursue a career in women's health because he enjoys building a lifelong relationship with his patients and taking care of their obstetric and gynecologic needs along the way. He has a special interest in promoting sexual health and wellness.
When not working, Dr. Summerall enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and three dogs. He feels that family is the most important thing in life. He also enjoys woodworking, gardening, and travel.
