Dr. Sakina Hakim was kind, polite, and friendly. She reviewed all the answers to the forms I filled out and asked me very detailed questions about my health. She took the time to ask about any concerns I had and made recommendations. She provided various options and explained the differences in my options clearly. Most importantly, she then requested to get blood work to confirm and rule out certain conditions. The blood work that she recommended was exactly what I had researched that I needed. I was very happy that she was very informed and very complete. Lastly, Dr. Sakina Hakim recommended doing an ultrasound to check for cysts. The clinic is a full clinic with ability to take ultrasounds, mammograms, and draw blood for various testing. I would highly recommend Dr. Sakina Hakim for any female looking for a new OB-GYN. She is a smart and caring doctor.

Special interests include minimally invasive surgery, treatments of infertility and exercise and nutrition in women. She also manages all pregnancies and delivers in the Karmanos Natural Birthing Center at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital. In her free time she is an avid exerciser. She is married with 2 sons.
