Melissa, who answered my call, was wonderful! She listened to my request and situation and scheduled me for the first available. I told her it was a month away but if anything came up sooner to please let me know. It was involving HRT script changes and I wasn't sleeping. Melissa called me within an hour and got me scheduled with Dr. Tandon the next morning. Dr. Tandon completely understood my issue, listened and asked questions, let me speak, and was action-oriented and changed my dosage immediately. I couldn't be more satisfied. I have been a patient of Ob-Gyn for 40+ years, and I was so appreciative of this old-fashioned attention to patient care. Thank you!!
