Had a wonderful experience in the office with the doctor. The portal did not show the mono/sono prescription and I received an email about my office visit that was blank. I had to call about my prescription and I received an email stating that I requested a new password instead of the office information.
Dr. Valentino is always professional and open to answering all of your questions. She makes you feel very comfortable during the exam.
I haven't been to the office for a few years. I was very nervous and walked in and felt right at home. The staff was very pleasant and Dr. Valentino was also very comforting and as sweet as I remembered. She listened to my concerns and guided me in the right direction.
