I’ve been with Dr. Winter for about 3–4 years, and even after she moved to Meriden, I happily followed her. The drive is longer, but her care is worth it every single time. She’s patient, gentle, and truly listens ...something that means a lot when you’re an anxious patient like me. I always feel safe and cared for in her hands. I did have one funny-but-not-funny moment where I couldn’t find the office inside the hospital and ended up wandering around until I missed my appointment. I called, but the receptionist wasn’t actually at the Meriden location, so the message didn’t get through. It was a stressful day, especially after driving 50 minutes, but I was able to reschedule. This never happened to me and I was pretty disappointed. For anyone visiting for the first time: give yourself extra time to find the office, the hospital set up is tricky. Once you’re in the right place, everything is smooth sailing. Despite that one mix-up, I wouldn’t trade Dr. Winter for anyone else. She’s truly exceptional. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Winter for several years, and she is absolutely worth the drive to Meriden. She’s patient, compassionate, and always makes me feel cared for and understood. As an anxious person, that level of comfort matters so much. I appreciate when she is flexible and protects my rights. Blessings to you all! The two young individuals are always kind to me when I walk in. I can't recall their names but one always greets me by name. Long black hair, slender, and nails/crocs are always ? ?. Thank you for those little extra details!
Sarah was incredibly thoughtful and made the experience as comfortable as possible. Her care provided was head and shoulders above any other gynecological appointment I've had.
