From the moment I scheduled my appointment, Mona walked me through every step that would be taken before, during and after surgery. She was very thorough, and I never felt rushed when telling her what I was hoping to achieve. She was so personable. Then upon meeting Dr. Harris, I was so pleased with the time he took to understand my concerns, as well as listen to my hope of the outcome of surgery. He never pressured me to do anything extra.
