She made me feel very comfortable and was compassionate. She was running late and rather than ignoring that, she acknowledged it. She answered my questions with grace and provided clear explanations.
Selmawit was very kind and knowledgeable. She genuinely listened to my concerns and did whatever was possible to take them and ease my anxieties. She explained what she was going to be before doing it, which helped me feel more comfortable. The ultrasound tech was the same way. This was my first time for this type of visit and having an ultrasound and I felt like I was taken care of. I don’t think anyone enjoys gyno appointments (aside from maybe ob visits), but Selmawit made the appointment positive. She genuinely listened to my concerns, which I really appreciated since I tend to overthink myself into an anxiety spiral. Good practitioners that fully listen, read your notes from prior visits and inform themselves on your history are tricky to find. I would very much recommend her to anyone
I'm impressed at how quickly I got a call after putting in an online request for an appointment. She was caring and professional. Considering it was a late afternoon appointment I was surprised at how happy and upbeat she was.
