Verified Patient Reviews for Serena Pascal, WHNP
I got in to my appointment on time and I have really been pleased with every nurse and provider I have interacted with.
All encounters were professional and caring!
It was a particularly difficult appointment and I was handled with care.
Service was fast and efficient, everyone was friendly, Serena is always professional and willing to answer questions.
Prompt, explained well and spent ample time
The mamo tech is super nice and I like her. I used to see Dr. Epps and then she left. I have seen the nurse practitioner twice and she's been fine but now she's leaving. I would have rather just been given the option to see one of the other doctors there then having to change again!
Everyone was welcoming and kind- rare to find these days.
Such nice people I love it there the staff and Serena.
From check-in to check-out all those I came in to contact with were professional, kind and genuine. I felt heard and seen. And the extra touches like the gowns, sheets (cover up) and mammogram services were a nice bonus. Thank you!
