Dr. O'Hara rocks
Little to no wait time. Kind and funny nurse. Doctor always gives me time to ask questions.
Although waited over an hour very satisfied with results. Very efficient Staff!
I feel Dr. O'Hara takes the time to answer all my questions,....she is thorough and empathetic.
I like that I can have my mammogram and OB annual exam at the same time. The mammogram was quick and easy. I waited 50 minutes for my OB exam that took maybe 10 minutes. I never should have waited that long.
Dr. O'Hara is so caring and thorough. She always takes the time to discuss problems and provide solutions. Nicki, the nurse is always kind and explains everything.
Everyone was kind, helpful and professional, speculative Dr O'Hara
The office was immaculately cleaned, Dr's nurse was a pleasure and very insightful. Do take both of my insurances.
The doctor was very understanding and suggested the various options available to me in detail. I like they speak in Layman terms and that we understand what is going on.
Had to wait 2 hours, rude at check in
Courteous professional clean office. Felt very safe.
Front office was quick to check me in. The nurse checking me in was very friendly. Dr. O'Hara sat down and took the time to listen to my concerns and then addressed them.
She was patient and understanding and still took time to talk. Was very honest.
Easy to talk to. Problem solved and I am very relieved.
The office staff is very pleasant and friendly. Dr. O'Hara takes the time to listen and discuss any issues or questions I may have. She explains everything in a manner that is easily understood.
I was put into an examining room where I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for the doctor. A patient in the waiting room had told me that she was a new patient, and had an appointment with my physician 15 minutes before mine. It's unrealistic to allow 15 minutes per patient, especially for a new patient. Insurance companies pay fees based on level of service, I would assume. My doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me.
I was very satisfied.
Doctor O'Hara is the most comforting, professional, and informative doctor for women's care I have ever met!
I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment even though I had filled out the necessary paperwork a couple of days prior to the appointment. 30 minutes after my appointment time I was still waiting. I went to the desk and was informed that there were still 3 people ahead of me. After 10 more minutes the mask started to trigger asthma so I told them I was going to wait right outside the door. I waited outside another 30 minutes and no one got me. I went back in and still waited while additional patients were called. I waited 2 hours after my arrival time (1 hour and 45 minutes after my appointment time) until I was able to see the doctor.
