I have been a patient of this practice for 20 years. I have always had a positive experience with the doctors but recently the front desk staff experience has been not great. When I tried to make a follow up appointment for 6 months I was told the calendar is not open yet and that I should try calling in August. Previously when I have called to make appointments I have been told the same thing that the calendar is not open. If that is the case I would expect that I could be put on some sort of list and someone could reach out to me when it is open to make my appointment. My biggest complaint is that it is very hard to make/reschedule an appointment.
I was highly satisfied with my experience because the service was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. The staff was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to address my questions and concerns. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and I felt supported throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciated the attention to detail, timely assistance, and positive attitude shown by everyone involved.
