Shelby is great! Probably one of the best providers I have had and I have seen a lot for various conditions. She listens, answers questions, and is down to earth. She also responds timely to portal questions. She helps to reduce anxiety by saying what is needed without causing fear.
Shelby makes you feel very at ease and I am very glad she is staying. Was not looking forward to changing doctors again.
