The location has always clean, has a calm environment, fast, and efficient. I was quite happy with my visit yesterday. I was seen by a new provider; she listened to and addressed every concern I had, and she did it in such a way that I felt I was being taught, not judged. That goes for her nurse as well. It's hard to find people who actually listen in healthcare, let alone people who don't judge you for the questions you're asking. I appreciate her. I appreciate the time she took, and I appreciate that I felt cared for. Thank you!
Shelly is absolutely wonderful. She has seen me and my 2 young daughters now. She's respectful, thorough, listens, does not rush and is knowledgeable on the issues we ask. I really appreciate being able to teach my daughters healthy women's care without feeling judged or rushed, and she has helped us all with kind support.

With an emphasis on compassionate care and collaboration, Shelley integrates a whole-health approach to women’s health care throughout the life span. Retired from the Air Force after 22 years of service, she joined Desert West OB/GYN in August of 2025.
