I was very pleased with her, she was understanding and listened to me.
The nurse practitioner was great. She was professional and personable. Staff at front desk was rude. Had additional forms to complete for appointment but when I asked questions about the form itself, she was very evasive. Could/would not answer questions I had about the form. Made me feel like I was asking too many questions and there was no need for a response from her. According to her, everyone else just signs the forms.
Scheduling was easy and I liked the provider and didn't rush through the appt. Having bloodwork done onsite saved me a trip to a lab facility. I'm very pleased with my first visit.

Fast, clean, thorough. Made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Explained everything, provided a plan. Was extremely thankful for the compassion shown and the understanding that these appointments are not fun and are highly uncomfortable.
